What is Stress?
By nature human is very sensitive. At one moment the human feel very happy, on the other hand the feeling of sadness may occur due to some thing. This happiness and sadness are part and parcel of human life. Likewise stress has also become a part of life. Many of us go through the phases of stress at some stage of our lives. Sometimes this stress factor happens on daily basis. The cause of stress may be work-related issues or issues of home problem. Whatever may be the cause of stress, stress is a natural and normal phenomenon which will happen from time to time.
The range of stress varies and it can go up to the extent of severity. In case somebody goes through a phase of
moderate stress in their life, they will take it as normal because they very well know that this phase is temporary and will vanish at its own. According to regular dictionaries, stress is a condition, which is result of external factors in the environment which may affect the physical and mental state of an individual. According to medical dictionaries, stress is the result of an individual’s medical condition.

The experience of stress is a normal thing to happen to an individual. Every body has gone through the phases of stress at some point or the other. The condition of stress should be taken seriously and medical help should be taken in case the stress becomes unbearable, chronic or severe. For many people stress can become troublesome due to various reasons. One of the main reasons is the frequent occurrence of various illnesses and medical conditions in an individual. There are many solutions are available today for subsiding the stress so that one can live a normal life, in case the stress becomes very severe or happens very frequently.

There are many ways of stress removal. One of the best ways is the elimination of the event or object, which is the main cause of the stress. Regular exercise, meditation, aromatherapy and proper diet are also very helpful in the elimination or alleviation of stress. This is very important that an individual who is going through any stress, first the individual have to accept this fact and then think on the right path to get rid of factors which are resulting in stress. These factors may be a result of work problems or some issue related to home. This all will help the individual to eliminate stress and the individual can live a peaceful and normal life.
