Most people especially the women look forward to workouts because of the sexy beautiful fitness apparel that they can wear while working out. Maybe this is true to those with healthy figures. If we’re too fat and we have to go to the gym, choosing and deciding what to wear is always a big issue. shoes are you going to choose when hundreds of them are flooding the stores. Which of these three categories of shoes would you prefer using the most? A pair of sports shoes, a pair of running shoes or simply a pair of walking shoes. Whatever your decision may be, the bottom-line when choosing or buying a pair of shoes is it should fit your feet comfortably well.

Wearing the right shoes while doing your exercise is really very essential. From your toes to the top of your whole leg including your muscles, joints, tendons and bones, they are all protected once you are wearing the right pair of shoes.
Most people preferred running shoes even for walking, but it doesn’t matter. Walking shoes are very durable and considered the most rigid one, while running shoes are made with a lot of cushioning provided. Your shoes will wear and tear for some period of time; you have to replace them regularly to keep your feet in shape.

It is important that you use running socks when you plan to do some running. While it wicks moisture away, the runner will be provided with stability by the running socks. It is greatly advised not to wear 100% cotton socks which absorb moisture from the feet thus causing blister to develop on your feet. When your feet still develop blisters even if you’re already wearing the right kind of socks, it means the problem is with your shoes and you might need a different or an entirely new pair of shoes.
