Before you go to sleep, always remember to wash your hair. This way, you will be able to prevent the dirt on your hair from going to your face. If you are too tired to wash before going to bed, you should pull away your hair from your face and skin. This is possible when you tie your hair lightly with a band. Another way for you to stop acne breakout is to shower immediately after you exercise. When sweat combines with the oils of your skin, this can lock in bacteria and dirt into the pores. In turn, you will suffer from acne.

You can also prevent acne breakout by washing your face free from its makeup. Never go to sleep without cleaning your face. This way, you won’t clog your pores. In order to keep bacteria off your face, you should always rinse your cosmetic brushes. Rinse your brushes in a water and soap solution regularly. If your makeup has been contaminated or you have been using it for a long time already, throw it out. If you have breakouts, apply topical creams on the acne. However, the most recommended application of a topical cream would be before acne breakouts. Apply the cream on areas which are usually affected by acne. This way, you are keeping the clogged pores from breaking out.

You can also prevent acne by working out regularly. When you exercise, you are able to lessen the negative effects of stress. What is more, this increases the circulation of blood and the penetration of oxygen to your skin. When these functions are aided well, you will be able to keep your face radiant and glowing. Another tip that you have to remember is to drink up at least sixty-four oz of water each day. This will help with the detoxification of harmful toxins that are inside your body.
