Children should always be advised and encouraged to take healthy and timely meals like breakfast, lunch and dinner. Parents should make every effort to make the nutrition flavored and funny. For example if you add grated cheese to their vegetables, it will attract the children and the children will like to have more of it. In case a child does not like or show hesitation in taking milk, he should be offered with calcium fortified orange juice.
To change the eating habits of your children, invite child to participate in making of vegetable pizza. Another way of improving eating habit is that let the child pick up his fruits at the market and let him keep these fruits at some special place at home.
